Important Practice Information
Billing
We are a private billing medical practice and pride ourselves on providing a warm, comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Our fees are as follows:
All fees must be paid at the time of consultation. We accept Cash, Eftpos, Mastercard & Visa payments.
We have the facilities to claim your Medicare rebate for you. If your bank details are registered with Medicare they will deposit the rebate directly into your account. If not, you're welcome to bring your bank details (BSB, Account number and Account name) to the clinic and we can arrange to provide them to Medicare. If you don't have your account details with you we can give you a standard receipt for you to provide to Medicare.

Bulk Billing
We bulk bill under the following circumstances. A valid Medicare card or Medicare card number must be provided and if applicable, concession cards must be presented at the clinic

Pension card

Children under 16 years old
Please note that by attending a consultation in person or via telehealth or telephone you agree to assign your Medicare benefits to Dr John Vissaritis via the Bulk Billing process.

If you do not approve please clearly state your decision to our staff. You will then be privately billed.
Additional Fees:
We may charge an additional fee for completion of forms if Dr Vissaritis believes this is professionally appropriate without a consultation. These may include:
